Welcome to Yorixedits. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of yorixedits.com (the “Website”) and any products purchased through it. By browsing the Website, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. About Yorixedits
Yorixedits provides premium digital video editing assets, including but not limited to After Effects project files, motion graphics, presets, transitions, UI animation packs, and sound effect packs (“Products”), available for download after purchase.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase on this Website. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Account Registration
Some features of the Website, including order history and downloads, require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@yorixedits.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.
4. Products and Pricing
- All Products are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical item is shipped.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of checkout.
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, previews, and pricing are accurate, but we do not warrant that all information on the Website is error-free.
- Yorixedits reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any Product, or its price, at any time without liability to you.
5. Orders and Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our supported payment gateways (including cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods offered at checkout).
- You will receive an order confirmation and download access linked to your account once payment is verified.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or payment issues, in which case any amount charged will be refunded.
6. License to Use Products
Upon successful purchase, Yorixedits grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Product for personal and commercial creative projects, subject to the following restrictions:
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or upload the Product (in original or modified form) to any marketplace, template store, stock asset platform, torrent site, or public/private group, whether free or paid.
- You may not claim authorship of the original Product design or resell it as a standalone editing template or asset pack.
- A single purchase is licensed for use by the purchasing individual or a single business entity. It may not be shared across multiple unrelated users, teams, or clients as a redistributable asset.
- You may use purchased Products within finished video content (e.g., reels, ads, client deliverables, YouTube videos) without attribution, and that finished content may be freely published, sold, or delivered to clients.
- Yorixedits retains all intellectual property rights in the Products. Purchasing a Product grants a license to use it — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Website or Products for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other user accounts, or non-public areas of the Website;
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related or download-limiting features of the Website;
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or download Products in bulk.
Violation of this section or Section 6 may result in suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of access to purchased Products, and legal action where appropriate.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds for digital Products are handled under our separate Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including but not limited to the Yorixedits name, logo, website design, graphics, and text (excluding purchased Products, which are licensed as described in Section 6) — is the property of Yorixedits and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our written permission.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services (such as payment processors). Yorixedits is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yorixedits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that Product.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products and the Website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take care in preparing and testing our Products, we do not guarantee that files will be free of errors, compatible with every software version, or uninterrupted in availability.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
